Hudya's board members are a broadly composed competent group with experience in technology, digitization, capitalization, IPO, globalization, communication, leadership, distribution, strategic partnerships, lean management and consulting.

Hudya's board of directors consists of five board members elected until the end of the annual general meeting 2020. The members of the board, their position and whether they are considered to be independent in relation to the company, to the company's management and to major shareholders are described in the presentation below.

Ole Morten Settevik
Chairman of the board

Chairman since 2019 (Chairman of the Board for Hudya Group AS since 2017).

Born: 1958.

Education: B.Sc. Econ and M.Sc. Econ, Copenhagen Business School, Copenhagen.

Other current assignments: Chairman of the board for Beitostølen Resort AS and No Isolation AS. Board member for Advania Iceland. 

Previous assignments past five years: CEO and Chairman of the board for Advania Norge AS.

Ivar Williksen
Deputy chairman

Deputy chairman since 2019 (Deputy Chairman for Hudya Group AS since 2019).

Born: 1960.

Education: Maritime Nautical Degree, Trondheim Maritime Høyskole, Trondheim.

Other current assignments: EO and Chairman of the Board for Vikna Holding AS. CEO for WinWin Seafood ASA and Viknaslipen AS. Board member for Norsk Fisketransport AS, NTS Shipping AS and NTS Management AS.

Kathryn Moore Baker
Deputy Chairwoman

Born: 1964.

Education: Bachelor of Arts, Wellesley College, Wellesley och M.B.A., Dartmouth College, Hanover.

Other current assignments: Chairwoman of the Board for Catena Media plc and Lakeside AS. Board member for Norges Bank, Akastor AS, DOF ASA and Labrida AS.

Louise Dedichen
Board member
